Customer service process of Vu Duy Company

- Receiving information: Receive information via hotline, message, fan page... Make an appointment for staff to visit the site to survey the project, advise and quote for customers.

- Negotiate on price: Negotiate prices with relevant departments, and agree on the amount of work to be done, the time, and construction progress.

- Send a quote: Send a detailed quotation as agreed to by email to identify service information.

- Sign the contract: Sign a contract between the two parties and Vu Duy will carry out the cleaning work in accordance with the agreed requirements.

- Acceptance and handover: Acceptance, evaluation, and handover of clean works to customers. Sign the acceptance record, each party keeps 1 copy.

- Payment request: Issue a VAT invoice (if any) and request the customer to pay the service fee as prescribed.

Industrial hygiene service process

1. With the factory in operation:

• Cleaning ceiling walls (walls, corrugated iron roof): Remove dirt, cobwebs, plaque, stains, rust, etc. This is the first step to do when cleaning the workshop in use.
• Clean electrical wiring, electrical outlets, cables, wall-mounted devices (light troughs, fans, air conditioners, …)
